• All prices are shown in Canadian dollars. 

• If you see something on the web site that you'd like to try, just include a comment when you order and we'll include a sample (or 2 or 3).  

• We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.  If you prefer to pay by cheque, please do allow a few more days for us to receive your payment.

• We endeavour to provide the highest quality sweets possible.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund.

• We will happily ship any quantity of our products - from 1 chocolate bar to enough to delight your entire family. 

• We attempt to ship all orders within 5 days of receiving them, but we sometimes take a bit more time if we are waiting for stock to arrive.  Please email us if you are wondering when to expect your order.

• We ship all orders via Expedited Mail, except in exceptional circumstances.  If you would prefer to receive your order more quickly, email us and we will tell you what the extra cost will be for ExpressPost.

• Our site is secure.  We do not share your personal information with anyone.

• We will let you know if we are unable to provide everything that you've ordered before we ship your order out.
